Things I Have Learned This Year
(1) Negative Energy Is Retarded
What’s the fricking point? It only comes back to bite you in the tush. Better solution: be good to other people. Treat everyone well. Give strangers the benefit of the doubt. Spread positive energy like a fucking wildfire.
(2) People Are Disappointing
I do, I do believe in being kind to others whole-heartedly. But I also believe that, the better you know someone, the more likely they are to disappoint you. Save your close friendships for those who deserve it. Be nice to everyone else, but don’t let them in.
(3) Hard Work Is Rewarded
My whole life I have been working towards one basic goal: to be a success in my field, the one thing I am honestly completely interested in. And so far, the going has been pretty freaking good.
(4) Love Those You Love With All Your Heart
Half-ass love and you’re really losing out. Seriously.
(5) Never, Ever, Ever Be A Phony
Because I fucking hate phonies. Bite me, bitches.
